Manufacturing Corporation holds in stock a wide range of rubber sheeting in
various thicknesses. Rubbers ranging from general purpose 45 ±5° and 65 ±5°
Shore Hardness Rubber, Rubber Insertion, Nitrile, Butyl, Silicone, Viton and
E.P.D.M Rubbers . These products can be supplied in sheet form or
manufactured into soft cut gaskets.
OIL
SEALS
The performance of an oil seal is reliant on the following elastomer
compounds which are able to satisfy most sealing applications.

Nitrile Butadiene rubber (N.B.R.)

Oil resistant, abrasion-resistant, good mechanical strength,
Temperature range -30°C-120°C
Comfortable at temperatures not exceeding 100°C

Polyacrylate rubber (ACM, ANN)
|
Heat-resistant, oil resistant, specially resistant to heated
gear oil
Temperature range 0°C-120°C with operation for longer periods
at temperature 100°-120°C

Silicone rubber (Si)
|
Heat-resistant, extreme cold-resistant, fitted for
high temperature and high speed use such as
rotating shafts at temperatures above 120°C
Temperature range -70°-230°C
